Stella Desyatnikova MD
Stella Desyatnikova, MD is a Double Board-Certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Director of Aesthetics at The Stella Center in Seattle, WA. She graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine with Honors and completed her residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the Oregon Health Sciences University, and fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Washington. She has been in practice for 18 years, specializing in all aspects of facial aesthetic procedures with an emphasis on facial injectables and nonsurgical rhinoplasty. She has been a trainer for Palette Resources injectables courses for over 10 years.
Her research is focused on filler injectable safety, nonsurgical rhinoplasty, and facial ultrasound applications. She is the first physician in the United States to reverse a vascular occlusion using ultrasound and is committed to expanding education and awareness of ultrasound use to optimize safety of aesthetic procedures.
